COVID-19 Update



We are delighted to announce that our holiday resorts will be reopening from 3rd December. We will continue with the strict guidelines already in place to ensure our resorts are safe for both holiday guests and staff.

All bookings will be taken within the current government guidance, therefore we are unfortunately unable to accept bookings from those with addresses in regions within Tier 3 until further notice.

When you book with RoyaleResorts you can book with confidence. This means if you need to cancel your booking because UK Government public health measures mean you are not allowed to travel, or if your accommodation is not being provided for any reason, then you will be able to choose from any one of the following three options:

  • A full refund
  • A transfer to a later date or a different resort or accommodation
  • An e-voucher to rebook your holiday online
